Celebrate the 100th anniversary of Sacramento City College on Saturday, October 15.
There will be many events and activities going on from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. with a massive car show, Chemistry Show, performances by SCC arts groups, Sac City Talks, a Runnin’ Man challenge, campus tours, and “Cats on Campus.”
Yes, that’s right. We will have two live panthers from 4 to 5 in the Performing Arts complex.
There will be many events to see and do during the day. Here is a partial list:
- SCC Sports Open Practices
- English Department Readings
- Art exhibits in the Kondos, Solomon and Library 3rd floor galleries
- Free blood pressure screenings
- Fingernails polished and buffed for Free
To top it all off, stick around for the SCC vs. Sierra football game at Hughes Stadium. Kickoff is at 6 p.m. If you come to the Open House, make sure you get a voucher for a free ticket to the game that night.
